As usual, there will be many intersting evaluation related events in the fall. On September 19th a workshop on transformative evaluation will take place in Moscow. Natalia Kosheleva will be one of the three workshop conveners. On September 27-30 International converence "Result - Based Management and Evaluation" in Batumi will be co-sponsored by International Program Evaluation Network and Georgian Evaluation Association. Vladimir Balakirev (the current chair of IPEN Board) will represent us there. On October 17-21 an ISO International Workshop Agreement (IWA) on Evaluation Capacity Development will take place in Geneva. Alexey Kuzmin is invited there. Finally, on November 2-5 Natalia Kosheleva will attend annual conference of the American Evaluation Association in Anahaim.  more...

Conference of the Evaluation Association of Sri-Lanka (SLEVA) will take place in Colombo Starting with workshops on 6- 7 June, the Conference will be held 8 - 9 June 2011. The meeting will be followed by a meeting of the Board and regional representatives of International Organisation for Collaboration in Evaluation (IOCE). Natalia Kosheleva will participate in the conference and will represent IPEN at the IOCE meeting this year.
